Warranty Policy
Absolutely. Here’s a strong first draft you can refine for FFERacing.
FFERacing Warranty & High-Performance Use Policy
At FFERacing, we take pride in the quality of our workmanship, the parts we provide, and the performance solutions we build for our customers. Every engine, component, fabrication project, drivetrain service, and custom build is handled with precision, experience, and attention to detail.
We stand behind the work we perform while it is in our possession. However, due to the nature of racing, high-performance, custom, modified, and competition-use applications, no warranties are expressed or implied on parts, assemblies, engines, drivetrain components, fabrication work, tuning-related components, or complete vehicle builds intended for racing, off-road, high-performance, or competition use.
High-performance and racing applications place extreme stress on components and assemblies. Once parts, engines, vehicles, or assemblies leave our possession, FFERacing has no control over installation, handling, break-in procedure, tuning, fuel quality, oiling, cooling, supporting accessories, operating conditions, maintenance, storage, further assembly, customer-supplied components, or abuse/misuse. Because of this, we cannot guarantee the performance, longevity, or failure resistance of any part or assembly used in these environments.
No Expressed or Implied Warranty
All racing, high-performance, custom, modified, and competition-use parts and services are sold and performed as-is unless otherwise stated in writing by FFERacing.
This includes, but is not limited to:
-

FFERacing makes no implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, performance outcome, horsepower result, reliability, or suitability for racing or high-performance use.
Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all parts and assemblies are properly installed, tuned, maintained, inspected, and operated. This includes using proper supporting components, proper fluids, correct fuel, safe tuning practices, proper break-in procedures, and ongoing inspection and maintenance.
Failures caused by improper installation, incorrect tuning, detonation, overheating, oil starvation, fuel system issues, electrical issues, abuse, over-revving, improper break-in, poor maintenance, contamination, or incompatible supporting components are not the responsibility of FFERacing.
Customer-Supplied Parts
FFERacing cannot warranty customer-supplied parts, used parts, previously modified parts, or parts supplied by third parties. If customer-supplied parts are used in an assembly or build, the customer accepts all risk associated with those parts, including fitment, quality, strength, and long-term reliability.
Parts Manufacturer Warranty
Some new parts may be covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable. Any warranty claim on a manufacturer-supplied part must follow that manufacturer’s warranty process. FFERacing is not responsible for manufacturer defects, delays, denials, labor costs, shipping costs, or any related damages associated with a third-party warranty claim.
Case-by-Case Review
While no warranty is expressed or implied for racing, high-performance, or competition-use parts and assemblies, FFERacing will review concerns on a case-by-case basis. We value our customers and will make a fair effort to determine whether an issue may be related to workmanship, materials, installation conditions, tuning, supporting components, or operating conditions.
A review does not guarantee warranty coverage, replacement, repair, refund, or reimbursement. Any assistance offered by FFERacing is at our sole discretion.
